If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

To start a return, please email support@councilbricks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
